Fahe is a purpose-oriented network established in 1980 with the slogan "Strength In Numbers". The company's mission is to build thriving Appalachian communities by collaborating with 50+ community-based non-profits. Their approach involves creating a virtuous circle of investments, capacity, collaboration, and influence. With a vision of Appalachia as a place that sustains its culture and environment while balancing growth, opportunity, and hope, Fahe's strength in numbers results in more housing, employment, educational opportunity, and an improved quality of life. Recent investment includes a $2.48M grant investment by the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund on 10 April 2023. Located in the United States, Fahe continues to create positive impacts in the Appalachian region.
