ExED is a non-profit organization committed to providing support to high-quality charter schools, ensuring that children have access to a great education. Established in 1999, it is the largest and only nonprofit back-office services and facilities funding provider to charter schools in California. ExED's mission is to offer excellent public education to every child, irrespective of their location, and to create access to K-12 schools with high student achievement in low-income neighborhoods through community-based charter schools.
