EAPC - Company Profile

EAPC (Europe Asia Pipeline Company) is a leading international energy company. Its activity is essential to Israel’s energy sector and its continuous functioning during routine, and even more so during an emergency. With a rich history spanning several decades, the company plays a vital role in the energy sector, facilitating the safe and efficient storage, transportation, and port services of energy products for domestic and international customers. The presence of a narrow land bridge connecting the Red Sea to the Mediterranean Sea, enabled us to construct a pipeline that along with storage terminals, was designed to facilitate the transportation of crude oil from oil-producing sources to customers all over Europe. With 2 oil ports and 2 oil terminals, we provide a storage capacity of 3.7M cubic meters. Our crude oil pipeline system includes 3 pipelines: The first one is a 42,254km line, connecting the Port of Eilat to the one in Ashkelon. 2 others supply oil to the oil refineries in Haifa and Ashdod. Since 2003, following the “Reverse Flow Project”, it is possible to transport crude oil through line 42" in both directions, which increases the volume of operational storage and enables the transfer from the Mediterranean Sea to Eilat, and from there to markets in Asia. As a forward-thinking company, we embrace innovation and technological advancements to optimize our operations and improve efficiency. Our current national project is to roll out dark fiber optics between the company’s ports in Ashkelon and Eilat, along the straight 245km route between the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea. Our mission is to provide reliable, secure, and professional services. We are committed to the highest standards of safety, environmental responsibility, and operational excellence. Our state-of-the-art infrastructure, including pipelines, storage facilities, and marine terminals, ensures the seamless flow of energy resources, enhancing accessibility and promoting trade.
