ESCO Italia Srl is the first Italian Energy Service Company at national level, established in 2002 with the aim of intervening and regulating energy consumption through energy efficiency. It is also the first Esco in Europe to voluntarily obtain UNI CEI 11352/2010 certification, related to the requirements that energy service companies must possess. ESCO Italia develops and implements energy efficiency projects in the industrial, tertiary, large-scale retail, public, and private sectors, with paths aimed at monitoring, managing, and optimizing energy consumption in a simple, intuitive, and flexible manner. With a solid scientific background and an operational engineering approach, ESCO Italia identifies personalized and innovative design solutions that are effective from both technical and organizational aspects. It not only implements energy efficiency projects but also focuses on the economic sustainability of the projects through Third Party Financing (FTT), enabling its clients to undertake major interventions without necessarily incurring a burdensome initial investment.
