Equal Justice Under Law

Equal Justice Under Law is a national civil rights legal nonprofit founded in 2014, dedicated to challenging wealth-based discrimination and achieving equality in the justice system. The organization has litigated 30 cases across 14 states, with 18 successful settlements, and has contributed to policy reform in 9 states and the District of Columbia. Their mission is to end the cycle of poverty perpetuated by the government's role, advocating for equal treatment regardless of wealth-status. Unfortunately, the current legal system operates two separate systems of justice, one for the rich and another for everyone else. Equal Justice Under Law seeks to address this disparity and bring about systemic change.
