Enwair is a startup working to enhance the performance of lithium-ion battery anodes using silicon-based materials. Established in 2015, Enwair has attracted funding from governmental organizations like TUBITAK and KOSGEB. The company has made significant strides, developing an anode that triples the capacity of commercial anode materials. Currently, Enwair's team is focused on developing cathode active materials that can complement this enhanced anode capacity, with the goal of creating a battery with three times the capacity of conventional models. In September 2015, Enwair successfully secured a Venture Round investment from Vestel Ventures in Turkey. The company operates in the Energy sector and continues to push the boundaries of battery technology.
