Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) is a non-profit organization committed to promoting sustainable and fair energy practices. The agency operates various programs such as the Home Comfort Program, Weatherization Assistance Program, LIHEAP CRISIS Program, and the City of Philadelphia Heater Hotline, extending its reach in energy conservation. ECA takes pride in employing 56 leading energy efficiency professionals and has emerged as a key player in advancing energy equality for low to moderate-income individuals. Furthermore, the Knight Training Center spearheaded by ECA stands out as a prominent facility for clean energy training, offering credentials in over 30 domains related to sustainability and construction. Certified by the U.S. Department of Energy for weatherization training and as the first Building Performance Institute (BPI) affiliate in Pennsylvania, the center reflects ECA's commitment to training excellence.
