In 1994, the company transitioned to EGYTRAFO, venturing into the production of Oil Transformers and Nickel Cadmium Batteries. Further expansion took place in 2007 with the introduction of Dry Cast Resin Transformers.

EGYTRAFO Group has since established a factory in KSA, manufacturing a diverse range of electrical products including Oil Immersed and Dry Cast Resin Transformers, MV Switch Gears, and LV Systems. In 2013, the company extended its operations to Ethiopia with the establishment of TERAFOTECH MANUFACTURING PLC, specializing in the production and maintenance of oil-immersed electrical distribution transformers.
