Ecotur Valencia

Ecotur Valencia is a culinary and tourism training center based in Valencia, established in 2014. It prides itself on being the primary player in the higher education market for hotel management and tourism in Spain. With 14 active professors for the past 7 years and over 900 students and active workers from around the world, the school offers a range of programs in culinary arts, pastry, and hospitality. The training center provides opportunities for both students and workers to excel in various areas of the restaurant and hospitality industry with a high focus on practical experience and skill development. It offers several vocational training programs including Grado Medio en Cocina y Gastronomía, Grado Superior en Alojamiento turísticos, and Grado Superior en Dirección de Cocina. Furthermore, it offers certificates in various aspects of the industry such as Corte y Cata de Jamón, Innovación en cocina, and Logística en bar among others. The center boasts a 100% employment rate post-training, underlining its commitment to ensuring employment opportunities for its graduates. Additionally, students have the chance to undertake professional internships at top-rated restaurants and 4 to 5-star hotels in Spain with most expenses being covered by the school. Moreover, the opportunity to participate in ERASMUS internships in various European countries further enhances the international exposure and experience that the center offers to its students.
