DUCLOT

DUCLOT is a renowned wine merchant specializing in top Bordeaux wines, with a rich history dating back to 1886. Despite being acquired by Jean-Pierre Moueix in 1956, the company has retained its original name, paying homage to its founder, Sixte Duclot. With an impressive stock of a million bottles stored in its cellars, DUCLOT offers a wide range of services. These include catering to professionals and the export trade across 80 countries through DUCLOT EXPORT and providing services to French restaurants via the Paris-based LA VINICOLE.

In 1970, Jean-François Moueix took over as the company's leader and introduced direct sales to private customers through Etablissements DUCLOT. Additionally, the establishment of l'INTENDANT, the first wine store in Bordeaux, in 1989, was followed by the launch of various other stores—BADIE in Bordeaux, CHATEAUNET with two stores in Paris and an online platform, DUCLOT la CAVE aux GALERIES LAFAYETTE in Paris, and CHAI & BAR in Brussels. The company's commitment to innovation is further showcased through CHATEAUPRIMEUR, an online wine store dedicated to Bordeaux Primeurs for private customers.
