As the entertainment industry’s leading benefits organization, the Plans serve not only directors and their teams but also Plans employees themselves, who enjoy extensive health and retirement benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, and infertility benefits, along with two pension plans – an employer-funded traditional pension plus a supplemental cash balance plan to which both employer and employee contribute.
