The company, headquartered in India, has recently secured a $1.20M Seed Round investment from a group of prominent investors including Bharat Founders Fund, Elemental Excelerator, peercheque, Ashish Goel, Enzia Ventures, SAE, Mohit Tandon, Mohit Sadaani, Alok Mittal, and DeVC India. DigitalPaani's innovative approach involves using cutting-edge IoT and digital management tools to redesign wastewater operations, thereby protecting natural resources and building clean cities with abundant water. Their platform, recognized by Niti Aayog, automates plants, detects issues using custom-made sensors and algorithms, launches automated workflows for service teams, and provides maintenance recommendations. Notably, partnering with DigitalPaani not only transforms non-functional plants into high-quality, compliant units but also saves 58 million litres of freshwater and offsets as much carbon as 5200 trees for each plant. With a strong emphasis on renewable energy and water sustainability, DigitalPaani presents an impactful solution to one of India's most pressing challenges.
