DESC (Downtown Emergency Service Center) is a non-profit organization committed to ending homelessness for vulnerable individuals, particularly those dealing with severe mental illnesses or substance use disorders. As the largest multi-service agency catering to homeless adults in the Pacific Northwest, DESC serves over 9,000 people annually through state-licensed mental health and substance abuse treatment programs.
