Dementia Australia

Dementia Australia is the source of trusted information, education, and services for the estimated more than 421,000 Australians living with dementia and the more than 1.6 million people involved in their care. As a national peak body for people living with dementia, their families, and carers, this organization was founded by carers more than 40 years ago. They advocate for positive change, support vital research, and involve people impacted by dementia in their activities and decision-making to ensure representation of the diverse range of dementia experiences. Dementia Australia amplifies the voices of people impacted by dementia through advocating and sharing stories to help inform and inspire others. The scope of their work falls under the Health Care and Health and Wellness industries. Since its founding in 2015, Dementia Australia has been committed to supporting those impacted by dementia and enabling them to live as well as possible.
