Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity is a men's fraternity with active chapters in 33 states of the USA. Founded in 1899 at the City College of New York, it holds the distinction of being the first men's fraternity to initiate men of diverse religious and ethnic backgrounds. It has a strong commitment to breaking cultural norms, demonstrated by being among the first to ban 'hell week' and developing a new member manual. With a membership of over 120,000 men and 111 active undergraduate chapters, the Fraternity has made significant contributions. Notably, it was the first fraternity to establish an all-deaf chapter and incorporate a Statement on Human Dignity into its governing documents, which prohibits discrimination related to HIV and AIDS. The Fraternity has a focus on philanthropy, collaborating with the American Red Cross on a national level and offering a comprehensive mentorship platform to all members. Currently, it is working towards ambitious goals such as growing to 10,000 undergraduate members, providing education and training to 100% of undergraduate members, and becoming the largest single contributor of pints of blood, volunteer hours, and philanthropic dollars to the American Red Cross by 2025 as part of its Vision 2025 strategic plan. Operating in the Education industry and headquartered in the United States, Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity presents a unique opportunity for investment and partnership, particularly for those interested in promoting diversity and inclusivity within a venerable institution.
