DC Partners is a fully integrated investment, development, and asset management company offering end-to-end services from land identification and acquisition to development, construction, brokerage, and asset management. We pursue acquisition and development opportunities through the EB-5 program as well as traditional routes of development. Founded in 2011, DC Partners has raised over $325M in foreign investment and successfully completed 11 projects across Texas that total over 4 million square feet.
