Cook Inlet Tribal Council (CITC) is a pioneering social-service organization that has been serving the community since its establishment in 1983. CITC's mission revolves around people, partnership, and potential, aiming to support individuals, families, and communities in fulfilling their endless potential. The organization offers an array of support services including education, employment and training, family preservation, and assistance for individuals in recovery from addiction, substance abuse, or incarceration.

Despite humble beginnings with only three employees, CITC has emerged as a culturally responsive social-service organization that serves nearly 12,000 people annually and employs over 400 passionate individuals. The organization partners with individuals to help them achieve their goals, pursue opportunities, and overcome challenges, whether it be in education, job training, or workforce development.
