Conway Regional Health System has been a cornerstone of its community for 100 years, delivering high-quality and compassionate healthcare. Serving a seven-county area in North Central Arkansas, including Cleburne, Conway, Faulkner, Perry, Pope, Van Buren, and Yell Counties, the health system operates a 150-bed acute care medical center offering a wide range of services. These include heart health, orthopedic care, neuro-spine and vascular surgery, gastroenterology, women’s health, surgery, and rehabilitation. Furthermore, Conway Regional boasts an extensive physician enterprise comprising ten primary care clinics and seven specialty clinics. The organization also encompasses a Rehabilitation Hospital and a 70,000-square-foot Health and Fitness Center. In June 2019, Conway Regional expanded its reach through a management agreement with Dardanelle Hospital, now known as the Dardanelle Regional Medical Center. With over 200 physicians, Conway Regional employs an Accountable Clinical Management Model (ACM), fostering collaboration and shared governance between physician and administrative leadership to enhance patient care and experience. Notably, Conway Regional maintains high employee engagement and has received recognition for its workplace environment. It holds a position in the top 20% of hospitals nationwide for employee engagement and in the top 5% for Medical Staff engagement, outperforming hospitals of similar size and scope. The organization has also been at the forefront of initiatives such as the Nursery Alliance with Arkansas Children’s Hospital, facilitating care for infants closer to home.
