Continuing Care Actuaries - Company Profile

Continuing Care Actuaries (formally CCRC Actuaries) was founded in 2000 by Dave Bond and Brad Paulis. Prior to forming Continuing Care Actuaries, they directed the National Long-Term Care practice at E&Y. The staff brings a unique blend of experience having worked at a Big 5 accounting firm, insurance companies and a CCRC developer. Our current staff has 11 full-time employees, 3 of which are credentialed by the Society of Actuaries, the Conference of Consulting Actuaries, and the American Academy of Actuaries. We have performed analyses for over 400 CCRCs, and possess a databases of CCRC residents with over 600,000 life years of experience. In addition to our work with CCRCs, we have been active in supporting the development of the Continuing Care at Home product, assisting in the development of 2 of the first 4 programs, and currently work with approximately 80% of the operational programs.
