Conservas Hoya is a Spanish semiconserva de anchoa company founded in 1940 by D.Tomas Hoya Hedilla. The company, managed by the third generation of the family, aims to become a leader in the conserva del bonito and atún sector. With highly automated production lines for tuna preserves in various formats, Conservas Hoya distinguishes itself with over 6,000 m2 of cellar space below sea level and 10,000 m2 of refrigerated chambers, allowing for optimal and homogeneous maturation of the salting process. Their bocarte or anchovy, sourced from the freshest catches of the Cantabrian Sea, matures for a minimum of seven months in barrels to achieve its unique aroma, flavor, and scent. The company's modern and spacious facilities ensure high productivity while maintaining excellent hygiene standards, despite using an essentially artisanal process. As the company is looking to leverage its reputation in the world of semiconservas, extending its leadership to other sectors within the preserve industry, it presents an intriguing opportunity for potential investors.
