BTCValue is a professional valuation company in Vietnam, established according to Government Decree No. 101/ND-CP dated 03/08/2005. It fully complies with the standards of the Ministry of Finance and IVSC (International Valuation Standards Council) regarding valuation personnel, professional qualifications, and databases for a professional valuation organization.

BTCValue was founded by certified valuation experts from the Ministry of Finance, AVM Vietnam – a leading investment service organization in Vietnam, and Kummerco – a consulting firm based in Switzerland. It has close relationships with nearly 1,000 experts, leaders, and investment managers of investment institutions inside and outside Vietnam through the M&A Forum Vietnam.

The name BTCValue originates from the abbreviation of the Ministry of Finance, the regulatory unit for valuation operations. Additionally, BTC represents the first letters of the assets being appraised: B – Real estate, T – Equipment & assets, C – Companies & brands. Value reflects the value of assets and the value of the services provided to customers.

BTCValue's team has completed many large-scale and complex asset valuation contracts related to capital contribution and asset transfers. Its goal is to establish the brand's reputation as the best valuation organization in Vietnam in the field of M&A and asset transfers.
