Complexo Empresarial Andaraguá is the largest logistic platform in Brazil, offering a closed logistic condominium project and a private aerodrome in Praia Grande, São Paulo. The services provided in the logistic condominium include typical port logistic activities at AAA quality standards, while the aerodrome serves general and executive aviation. The project aims to include a Distribution Center for companies in Baixada Santista, a Logistic and Industrial Customs Warehouse (CLIA), and a Customs Warehouse for the Manaus Free Trade Zone (EZFM). This innovative venture, conceived by logistics and airport sector specialists, conforms to international quality standards. The project obtained Preliminary Environmental License (LAP) in November 2014 for the implementation of industrial and logistic company warehouses, an aerodrome, and service provision. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in Brazil, the company is currently seeking funding for expansion.
