Established in 2000 as a Business Partner to a large telecommunications provider, the company initially focused on fixed-line solutions, negotiated pricing, and voice contracts for clients.

In 2013, John Boshier and Mark Pertile took over the company and shifted the focus towards providing better solutions, more options, and greater value for customers.
