CodeOp

CodeOp is an international tech school for women+ that offers in-person and live-online bootcamps to bridge technical talent development with diversity, equity, and inclusion. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Barcelona, Spain, CodeOp has set out to change the culture of the tech industry by addressing issues such as marginalization, gender disparity, and underrepresentation through education and skill-building. Their mission is to provide a safe space, training, and resources to support and equip women+ with the skills needed to thrive in tech. To further this goal, CodeOp recently secured a €1.25M Seed Round investment on 15 July 2021, with funding from investors including Ship2B, Sabadell Venture Capital, Heiko Rauch, and Thomas Meyer. With a focus on EdTech and Human Resources industries, CodeOp is on a mission to make a meaningful impact in the tech space by empowering women+ globally.
