Coastline Housing

Coastline Housing is an independent not-for-profit housing association based in the heart of Cornwall. The company owns and manages 5,000 homes, striving to provide great homes and services through its subsidiary, Coastline Services. With a workforce of over 300 individuals, it holds the Investors In People Silver accreditation.

The challenge faced by Coastline Housing is substantial, with high house prices in many areas of Cornwall excluding numerous people from homeownership. Recognizing the need for affordable rented housing, the company has registered thousands of families in the county with many more in need.

Founded in 1998, Coastline Housing has a growing annual turnover of £24 million, demonstrating its increasing contribution to solving housing problems and improving lives. The company has successfully secured over £30m of grant funding from the Homes and Communities Agency and over £5 million from Cornwall Council to develop more than 1,000 new homes in Cornwall over the period from 2015 to 2021.
