Clínica Sagrada Família

Clínica Sagrada Família, with the slogan "50 años manteniendo nuestra esencia, el trato humano", was founded on April 10, 1970, by the religious congregation las Hijas de San José, who decided to build a hospital center on the grounds adjacent to their headquarters on Ganduxer Street in Barcelona. From the beginning, the clinic's goal was to become an entity that encompassed all medical and surgical specialties, incorporating the latest medical-surgical technology and highly qualified medical staff and nursing team, characteristics that are fully relevant today.

In 1991, 103 of the medical staff members formed the society Clínica Sagrada Família, SA, making it the owner of the clinic, an innovative and independent model in which both the ownership and management of the clinic were in the hands of the working doctors. Within this group of physician shareholders was Dr. Echevarne. Twenty-five years later, in 2016, Grupo Echevarne took the initiative to become the sole owner of the shareholding of the society, maintaining an excellent medical team.
