Civi-Ling is a specialized company offering language trips for both young people and adults, as well as custom educational school trips in France and abroad, discovery stays, thematic and playful stays for communities and company committees, and hosting of foreign students through its subsidiary Study Lingua. Founded in 1989 in Bretagne by a concerned educator, the company focuses on providing quality educational trips tailored to the needs of young individuals. By being a member of the National Office for the Guarantee of Language Trips and Internships, the company ensures the success and quality of each school trip and stay.

Civi-Ling differentiates itself from "mass" trips by emphasizing real advice, personalized support throughout the stay, quality, and safety. They ensure strict recruitment of host families and residential centers by local managers, as well as the hiring of qualified teachers and competent supervisors. Moreover, they prioritize small group sizes, with each group consisting of 10 to 25 participants for language trips.

This contract was developed with the support of parent federations and the participation of consumer associations in the mediation commission.
