Casalasco Società Agricola

Casalasco Società Agricola is an Italian agribusiness company that is the first in Italy for the production and processing of industrial tomatoes, with over 850,000 tonnes of fresh tomatoes processed from 12,000 hectares of land cultivated by 800 associated farms, primarily in the provinces of Cremona, Parma, Piacenza, and Mantova. The company's core business is co-packing, making it an ideal partner for major international food industries. With more than 70 packaging lines in its five production facilities, Casalasco also produces soups, seasonings, and beverages in various formats.

Established in 1977, Casalasco holds the renowned Pomì brand and, since October 2017, has acquired another iconic Italian brand: De Rica. The company exports tomatoes to over 60 countries with a premium positioning.

UniCredit provided a €13.00M Debt Financing investment to Casalasco on 10 July 2023. The company's ability to maintain a short and 100% Italian supply chain, its strong partnerships in the international food industry, and the acquisition of renowned Italian brands position it well for continued growth and success in the Food and Beverage and Supply Chain industries.
