California Faculty Association (CFA) is a union of 29,000 professors, lecturers, librarians, counselors, and coaches operating within the California State University (CSU) system. The CFA members are dedicated to equipping students across 23 CSU campuses with critical-thinking skills, technical know-how, and cultural insights necessary for their meaningful participation in society.
