CAERI (China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co. Ltd.) is a pioneering state institute established in 1965, specializing in technical services for the automobile industry and the manufacturing of special vehicles and key components. After a significant merger with China General Technology (Group) Holding, Ltd. in 2006, CAERI became its exclusively invested subsidiary enterprise. The company completed a full transformation into a stock-company type enterprise in Nov.2010. CAERI dedicates itself to the development of various products, technical consulting, testing, quality inspection, and authentication, embodying a strong R&D capability and extensive testing facilities. With an emphasis on innovation, CAERI is constructing a new headquarters during the "Twelfth Five-Year" period, set to house a cutting-edge R&D center and test rooms for diverse purposes, including crash testing, NVH, EMC, emission, EV, alternative fuel, full automobile, engine, and parts.
