Business Lending Partners (BLP) is the financial arm of the Racine County Economic Development Corporation with the slogan "The financial arm of the Racine County Economic Development Corporation." Since 1983, BLP has provided financial lending services and has administered nearly $600 million to 500+ businesses throughout Wisconsin. It is the only Certified Development Company (CDC) headquartered in Southeast Wisconsin and also manages an office in Green Bay. Specializing in processing and servicing SBA 504 loans, BLP collaborates with local, State, and Federal partners to successfully assist in completing a variety of projects.
