Workforce development has been changing in recent years. Recruitment marketplaces have seen some incredible global successes across a number a geographies. Yet the construction sector has remained largely left behind. Covid-19 is further changing and indeed accelerating the definition of employee-employer mutual success. Thus necessity is driving adoption of or at the least openness to solutions that can improve how we work, and access education. Build Labour is dedicated to the blue collar construction industry where progress in these areas has been slow. Our goal is to create a global market network where workers and companies serve each other meaningfully, in a frictionless manner.
