BSES Delhi operates in the power distribution sector in Delhi, India. The company was established in 2002 following the privatization and unbundling of the Delhi Vidyut Board. It comprises two entities - BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) and BSES Rajdhani Power Limited (BRPL), which collectively serve 28.34 lakh customers across two-thirds of Delhi.

BYPL covers an area of 200 sq kms with a customer base of 11.9 lakh, while BRPL operates in a 750 sq. km area and serves over 16.44 lakh customers. The recent investment of $1.00M, in the form of a grant, came from the U.S. Trade and Development Agency on 07 March 2018.

Their operations are critical in sustaining the power needs of densely populated areas, with BYPL serving Central and East districts, and BRPL covering South and West districts in Delhi.

BSES Delhi plays a vital role in enhancing the consumer electronics and energy sectors, contributing significantly to the power distribution network and infrastructure development in the region.
