Our heart beats in the bakery, more precisely in the dough workshop, where we let our own natural sourdough mature day after day in three stages according to traditional craftsmanship. Our passion for good bread has also given rise to the world of indulgence in our bakeries: a variety of freshly baked rolls, tempting cakes, fine handmade pastries, bread master snacks and delicious coffee specialties. In our lovingly designed Brotmeisterei cafés, every break becomes a unique pleasure. And as a responsible family business, we also set social and ecological standards - for example with our FairTrade coffee and crumb commitment or with our climate-neutral bread bags and reusable cups.
