Bringo is a novel service aiming to connect city commuters with individuals in need of a send-off solution. Comprising client apps for iPhone, Android, and desktop, as well as a courier app currently available for Android. Planned for release in November 2014, the courier app for iPhone is in the pipeline. The platform boasts an extensive network of available couriers, positioning a nearby courier ready to immediately initiate delivery upon the placement of an order by a sender. This enhanced network sets a new standard for delivery speed, predominantly resulting in packages being delivered within a 1-2 hour timeframe. Additionally, the declared value of a parcel is blocked on a courier's account for the duration of the journey, serving as a guaranty for the safe and timely arrival of the parcel at its final destination. Bringo positions itself as a crowdsourced, on-demand ultra express delivery service with global reach. The company, founded in 2013, has garnered a $2.08M Venture Round investment as of October 1, 2018, with Axess Ventures being the contributing investor. With plans to expand to major Russian cities by the end of 2014 and further global expansion in 2015, including cities such as London, New York, and San Francisco, Bringo presents an ambitious and promising opportunity in the logistics and delivery industry.
