Originating as the Australia & New Zealand Breast Cancer Trials Group and the fundraising arm, the Breast Cancer Institute of Australia, their mission is to enhance the lives of those impacted by breast cancer and to eliminate fatalities related to the disease. They collaborate internationally, having already saved countless lives since their establishment in 1978. The research program comprises 800 researchers from 90 institutions, creating a distinct partnership between researchers, clinical trial participants, and supporters.
