Bonta Natural Artisan Gelato is a food and beverage startup founded in 2011. Inspired by their world travels, founders Jeff and Juli Labhart aimed to infuse international flavors into their hand-crafted gelato, sourcing ingredients from the Oregon countryside. Jeff's background in the dairy community of Tillamook and Juli's experience in the berry fields of Lynden, Washington, fuel their commitment to supporting local growers and the environment. The dense, flavorful ice cream with less fat than traditional American options is a result of their training under Italian gelato masters.
