As of December 31, 2012, Bio-Research Products was acquired by IBEX Technologies Inc., a Montreal-based biotechnology company acclaimed for its ultra-high purity recombinant heparinases and chondroitinases. Certified under ISO 9001:2008 and 13485:2003, IBEX provides enzymes and diagnostic components to major diagnostic companies.
