Bileşim Finansal Teknolojiler ve Ödeme Sistemleri is a company founded in 1998 to meet the technology and operational needs of Ziraat Bankası's payment systems and alternative distribution channels. As of February 2020, it has become the subsidiary company of three public banks, T.C. Ziraat Bankası, Türkiye Halk Bankası, and Türkiye Vakıflar Bankası. Over its quarter-century journey, the company has introduced many firsts in the sector and has been preferred by financial institutions for its innovative, technological, end-to-end operational solutions. It is also the technological owner and operational center of Turkey's ATM Center (TAM), a first in the world in the field of financial technologies. As one of the few licensed system operators in Turkey's regulated payment systems sector, the company complies with the regulations of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey, BDDK Support Services Regulation, and PCI-DSS requirements, as well as being certified by international regulatory organizations such as MasterCard and Visa. Bileşim A.Ş. is a subsidiary of Ziraat Bankası, HalkBank, and VakıfBank.
