Biggeorge Property Plc. – a member of Biggeorge Holding (BGH) founded in 1991 – is one of the largest privately owned Hungarian real estate development and investment companies. BGH is a majority owner of Otthon Centrum Holding Ltd., a real estate and loan brokerage company; GroundUp Ltd. constructing Biggeorge Property projects; and BG Finance Plc. active in small business financing. BGH also holds a 50% stake in Dome Group, a facility management company, and a 34% stake in 8G Energy Holding, a provider of renewable energy solutions. Biggeorge Property Plc.'s subsidiaries and their respective funds have developed 3,025 apartments and 167,514 sqm GLA office, industrial and logistics properties to date.
