Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lowcountry is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth facing adversity through personalized mentoring. Founded in 2019, the organization collaborates with families and compassionate adults to DEFEND the POTENTIAL of young individuals aged 6 to 16. As an affiliate of the nation's largest donor and volunteer-supported mentoring network, the organization facilitates meaningful matches between adult volunteers ("Bigs") and children ("Littles") in the United States.
Through its community-based program, Big Brothers Big Sisters fosters positive relationships and organizes outings based on shared interests, providing young people with valuable experiences.
