Bibi Graetz

Bibi Graetz is a wine producer company founded in 2000 in the hilltop village of Fiesole, overlooking Florence. Founded by Bibi Graetz, who grew up in a family of artists and developed a passion for wine, the company started with just 2 hectares of old Sangiovese, Canaiolo, and Colorino vineyards, creating the first vintage of Testamatta and Colore. With a focus on historical Tuscan grape varieties - Sangiovese, Colorino, Canaiolo, and Ansonica, Bibi Graetz employs hand-work and organic viticulture to express the unique terroirs and characteristics of each single vineyard. The winery in Fiesole is renowned for its spontaneous fermentations, open barriques, and punch-downs that transform the grapes into rich and personality-filled wines. Despite not having information on its headquarter or last investment, Bibi Graetz's dedication to preserving and nurturing old vines has led to the creation of something truly unique in the wine industry.
