Better Chance

Better Chance is a non-profit organization with a strong focus on education, founded in 1963. The organization's mission is to increase the number of well-educated young people of color who are prepared to take on leadership roles in American society. They do this through their key initiative, the College Preparatory Schools Program (CPSP), which annually recruits, refers, and supports around 500 A Better Chance Scholars at more than 300 top boarding, day, and public schools across the nation. Recently, the organization received a $350.00K grant investment on 22 June 2018 from The Boeing Company. A Better Chance has been making significant strides in providing premier educational opportunities for young people of color and is instrumental in developing the future leaders of tomorrow.
