BelGaN

BelGaN is a semiconductor startup based in Belgium, with a vision to become a leading 200mm automotive-qualified GaN foundry. Founded in 2022, the company aims to serve customers in consumer, industrial, and automotive markets with innovative GaN semiconductor technologies. BelGaN operates a wafer fab with over 40,000 square feet of clean room space on a 10-acre campus, specializing in GaN technologies and 0.35 µm to 2 µm low, medium, and high voltage analog CMOS and BCD technologies. The startup secured its Seed Round investment on 01 January 2022 from 洛克利（北京）投资管理顾问有限公司 and Nuoyan Capital. With its focus on energy efficiency and carbon neutrality, BelGaN aspires to innovate products for a sustainable future.
