In 2017, Beacon received support from Embraer-X to address challenges in the fragmented aviation services ecosystem, characterized by a shortage of licensed professionals and growing efficiency demands. Currently, the platform fosters a community of Operators, Maintenance Organizations, and Technicians, facilitating seamless collaboration and data utilization. With its offerings, Beacon enables stakeholders to harness operational data and provide insights for performance optimization, leading to increased aircraft availability.

By utilizing Beacon, maintenance stakeholders can achieve efficient case coordination, resulting in a 20% reduction in out-of-service time, as well as a 10% productivity boost during out-of-service events. Moreover, data insights provided by the platform enable a 5% reduction in overall delays, contributing to improved operational efficiency. Recognized by the aviation and defense community for breaking down silos and promoting cohesive teamwork, Beacon is instrumental in making the concept of a "one-stop-shop" accessible to the aviation services ecosystem. The platform operates with support from Embraer-X, serving as Embraer’s market accelerator for innovation projects addressing significant mobility challenges.
