Description: The Cassa Rurale ed Artigiana dell'Alto Tirreno della Calabria - Verbicaro was established on November 15, 1981, by a group of socially conscious citizens. Their aim was to create a banking structure tailored to the economic needs of Verbicaro and neighboring communities, following the founding principles and values of the ancient Rural Banks.
The merger between the Cassa Rurale ed Artigiana di Verbicaro and the Cassa Rurale ed Artigiana di Santa Maria del Cedro in 1991 expanded the bank's presence to the socio-economic fabric of Santa Maria del Cedro, gaining consensus, consideration, and respect.
In 2005, the opening of the Scalea branch allowed the bank to consolidate its volumes and its constant commitment to providing the best solutions to satisfy customer needs. Today, BCC has over 1,000 members and a total amount of over 100 million euros.
