Founded in 2008, Banco FINCA Ecuador has been operating since 1993 under the legal framework of a foundation before transitioning to a financial society in 2004 and eventually becoming a bank with a clear social focus in 2008. The institution currently supports over 50,000 families with microloans averaging around USD 2030, along with other financial services tailored to the needs and capabilities of its clients.
