These programs are tailored to diverse industries such as supply chain, construction, hospitality, insurance, and agriculture, equipping participants with essential skills, occupational training, micro-credentials, and job placements. The company's goal is to empower participants to reconnect with the workforce long-term. Additionally, Ballad provides economic and community development consulting services for rural municipalities and Indigenous Communities, supporting them in achieving their visions for the future.
