Balboa Park Online Collaborative

Balboa Park Online Collaborative is a non-profit organization that aims to revolutionize the way museums, cultural arts, and science institutions in Balboa Park utilize online technology. Founded in 2008, their mission is to enhance the technology capabilities of these institutions while reducing costs through collaborative projects. This initiative allows smaller organizations to access high-quality technology systems and larger institutions to streamline their expenditures. With a focus on empowering organizations to thrive in a constantly changing world, BPOC has brought together 20 member institutions, including prominent names such as the San Diego Museum of Art, the San Diego Natural History Museum, and the Old Globe. The collaborative's approach not only fosters technological advancement but also promotes efficiency and collaboration within the Balboa Park community.
