Astronergy is an intelligent manufacturing enterprise under the CHINT Group, specializing in photovoltaic cells and modules. Founded in 2006, it is among the earliest private enterprises in China to venture into the photovoltaic field. With a global footprint covering over 140 countries and regions, Astronergy has established intelligent manufacturing bases in various locations, including Haining, Yancheng, Jiuquan, Songyuan, Fengyang, Yiwu, Yanchi in China, and in Thailand. It has also set up branch companies and sales centers worldwide, achieving significant sales performance of PV products in Europe, North America, Latin America, and Asia Pacific.

Astronergy's achievements are well-recognized within the industry, having been rated as a "TOP Performer" by PVEL seven times, and listed as a "Tier 1 PV Module Manufacturer" by Bloomberg New Energy Finance (BNEF) multiple times. It was also acknowledged as "TOP Brand PV 2023" in the module category in Germany's and South Africa's markets by EuPD Research. Furthermore, Astronergy's global shipment data positions it within the top six globally, as published by the authoritative consulting firm InfoLink.

The company recently secured a CNY2.00B Series C investment on 25 July 2023, with participation from a notable group of investors, including Walden International, BOCOM International, China Life Equity, CICC, China Capital Management, 朝希资本 SparkEdge Capital, Yangtze River Industry Fund, and Guangzhou Yuexiu Industrial Investment Fund.
